UGC to Revise Syllabus for NET
The UGC chairman announced via his social media platform that the UGC NET syllabus will undergo revision in the near future. Nevertheless, the candidates will be given ample time to prepare before the UGC NET syllabus is modified. The Commission made the decision to modify the syllabus during a meeting held on November 3, 2023. The New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 has prompted the necessity for change. The syllabus for all 83 subjects will undergo revision in accordance with the NEP 2023.
